MY APPROACH

Connection, Movement, Wellbeing

Ashley strives to provide quality, evidence-based interventions and is eager to be a part your child's  journey to becoming a confident and effective communicator. Ashley believes in a holistic approach to intervention, emphasizing input from family members, caregivers, and other therapists and teachers that your child is working with.

She uses a hybrid approach of play-based and drill therapy to focus on your child’s individual strengths. She uses sensory integration strategies to allow children to feel safe and connected to both their therapist and the environment to maximize learning opportunities.

Play-based learning allows children to develop social and emotional skills, build confidence, develops critical thinking. Play builds on a child's motivation and interest to improve language acquisition, communication skills, and concentration.
